Hanan is a member of and a qualified chartered accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Upon graduation, she served the EY Assurance Team, performing external audit engagements for clients from various industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, retail, property development, investment holding, logistics and advertising. Throughout conducting various audit engagements, she was also responsible for the coaching of and overseeing the work of numerous junior team members, whilst being the primary contact person – providing direct updates and progress reports to clients, manager and partner in charge and foreign primary teams.
Hanan is also an active, freelance professional accounting-related studies and career motivational speaker at colleges and universities events – enlightening and motivating students to pursue their interest and passion in accounting.
Subsequently, her deeply rooted passion and interest in knowledge sharing and character building has then led her to join TYMBA Education with the ultimate goal to empower and nurture interpersonally and technically strong professional accountants. She is currently the tutor for ACCA Malaysian Variant Taxation and Advanced Taxation subjects.
