Tutor for Management Information (MA1), Managing Costs and Finance (MA2) & Performance Management(F5)
Born in 14 October 1996, and was raise as a proud bumiputera Sabah with Dusun heritage, Gary is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ACCA and having Master in Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology. He experienced working in one of the Top 10 audit firm in Malaysia in the audit and assurance team. Other than that, he has been in the teaching industry teaching diploma and degree student before joining TYMBA Education as a professional tutor to teach professional accounting papers.
He was given a scholarship from MARA to pursue CAT-ACCA after SPM. After graduating, he was attached to the Baker Tilly Malaysia under the Audit and Assurance department. He was given to focus on auditing agriculture and constructions company to audit. In less than 2 years, he was given a few big clients to audit as the team leader. He was also given opportunity to participate in government sector audit.
Upon leaving Baker Tilly in 2020, Gary joined a small audit firm in KL as a senior auditor and started his part time class on weekend for his Master in Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology. After one year, he joined a private college in KL and teaches diploma students in subjects such as Financial Crime and Fraud Investigation. As the same time, he was also teaching as a part time lecturer in UiTM teaching Auditing and Internal Audit subjects.
After almost 2 years of teaching diploma and degree’s students, he then joined TYMBA Education to teach professional accounting papers where the he aspires to be one of the experts in teaching MA2 and Performance Management for ACCA papers.
