Arif Azhan
Pass all 4 ACCA Strategic Professional modules at the first attempt in 9 months!
Arif Azhan Rashdan, originally from Kuala Lumpur is an alumnus of International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). He graduated with a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting back in August 2021. During his period of degree studies, he performed tremendously and was also active in co curricular activities.
During his studies with TYMBA Education, he had shown tremendous results during his internal tests and final examinations. Mr Airil Razali, our Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) tutor has recognized the outstanding potential of Arif Azhan during his time in the class.
Arif Azhan enrolled in Strategic Business Reporting (SBR), Strategic Business Leader (SBL) and Advanced Taxation (ATX) Masterclass with Tymba. He also enrolled for Advance Audit & Assurance (AAA) Sprintclass to complete all of his 4 ACCA Strategic Professional exams.
With the synergies between Arif Azhan and all TYMBA Tutors, he managed to pass all his 4 ACCA Strategic Professional exams in 9 months’ time. He managed to secure his success to be one of the fastest to complete all of the ACCA exams.
Although he only enrolled in the TYMBA Sprintclass for AAA, he still managed to pass the paper with flying colours. Arif Azhan said that the knowledge and guidance from Mr Airil Razali during his SBR class was sufficient for him to pass the AAA paper with flying colours even by taking only TYMBA Sprintclass.

World No. 1 ACCA MA1, FA2 & MA2 Prize Winner

TYMBAQueens’ first class and cohort for the ACCA-FiA Qualification was initiated back in September 2021 where Nur Marini Suhairi is among the students who enrolled.
Nur Marini Suhairi, origin from Sungai Siput Perak, first child out of six siblings and an alumni from MRSM Sultan Azlan Shah was identified by Malaysia Professional Accountancy Centre (MyPAC) as one of Malaysia’s most intelligent student among all students in Malaysia from her outstanding results for SPM 2020. Nur Marini Suhairi is a sponsored student with Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB).
During her studies with TYMBAQueens, she has shown tremendous results during her internal tests and examinations. Madam Sara Naquia Hanim Shaharuddin, a BPP Certified Trainer, and Financial Accounting & Management Accounting tutor at TYMBAQueens has recognized outstanding potential in Nur Marini as a Prize Winner. From there on, both Madam Sara and Marini have agreed to aim & work together in achieving the goal of making Marini a Prize Winner as well as helping other students to pass and achieve 100% passing rate for the semester.
The first semester consists of two subjects which are the ACCA FiA FA1 & MA1 and are conducted in a 3 months’ period. From the synergy between Marini and Madam Sara, all of Marini’s classmates were able to achieve a 100% passing rate with an average mark of 75%!
For Nur Marini Suhairi, due to her kindness in helping her classmates and perseverance in her studies to achieve the Prize Winner award, she managed to achieve a 100% passing mark for her MA1 and scored a near-miss passing mark for her FA1 examination of 98%! Making her the World & Malaysia No. 1 Prize Winner for MA1 paper.
After this great achievement, Marini marked another achievement on which she achieved 2 World Prize Winner for FA2 and MA2 subjects. This tremendous achievement has been achieved in only 3 months. Marini again has been guided by Madam Sara and also Sir Hazrul Taufiq for management accounting subjects.
Quoting Nur Marini Suhairi, tips to every ACCA student, she mentions that the ACCA qualification is a long and tough journey where students need to have a strategic approach in balancing out their studies & leisure time by setting passing mark target and setting daily targets to ensure that you never push yourself too hard. Stay disciplined and always think positively that you will achieve those targets!
Nurafrina
ACCA APM National Prize Winner June Exam 2022
Nurafrina Amirah Badrol Hisham, originally from Kuala Lumpur is an ACCA full time student with her journey since Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) level. Nurafrina is also a recipient of one of the major scholarships in Malaysia.
Nurafrina shared with us that she felt anxious when taking APM as it is deemed to be one of the most difficult papers for ACCA. She realised that even though she was confident with her understanding of the topics, she may lack the required exam techniques in attempting the paper. Thus, she joins TYMBA.
Nurafrina says she really enjoyed APM class with Sir Hazrul as he would attempt each topic that had been tested in the previous sittings together with the students. The discussion in the class definitely helped her in forming own ideas to answer the exam questions.
One of the things that she was grateful the most was the fact that Sir Hazrul has come out with the list of ‘Focus Topics’, along with the compilation of past year questions analysis, by chapters. The pressure was indeed high a few weeks before the exam, but she religiously attempted all the suggested questions to the point that she could somehow see the patterns of questions being tested. She believed that the materials provided helped tremendously in preparing for the exam.
